Los Angeles Dodgers announcer Vin Scully in 1993 charged him to court because stormwater runoff from his yard damaged Vin’s home. During the five months they lived together in 2009, authorities received countless complaints about their head-splitting volume. In 2007, Pauly was sued by Wes Craven for being a careless and less concerned neighbor who never properly maintains his home. This was after water from his home pushed a slope and damaged the director’s property. Wes also claimed the property damage caused him “severe emotional distress and anxiety.” In the lawsuit, Pauly was blamed for upgrading his home with a pool, spa, landscaping and other improvements that destabilized the land and reduced Wes’ property value.
