According to Buddha, it is a man’s own mind, not his enemy or foe, that lures him to evil ways. The difference between a good man and an evil one is his action, which is solely inspired by things going on in his mind – thoughts. We can only see the outcome of the quality of a man’s heart through his deeds and so far these men have shown themselves worthy to be called ‘evil.’ The ranking was not compiled by Forbes, neither was it by the Richest or World Book records. 10. Rupert Murdoch
Keith Rupert Murdoch is an Australian American business magnate and the managing director of Australia’s News Limited. He is the founder, chairman and CEO of global media holding company News Corporation, and was the one who gave the world Fox News. He engineered a global campaign to subvert Western society to his will. He pushes journalism which lies to citizens and incites countries to war and is the leading reason there are so many insufferable other evil men in the world.
9. Dick Cheney
Richard Bruce “Dick” Cheney is an American politician and businessman and was the 46th Vice President of the United States, from 2001 to 2009, under President George W. Bush. Dick fabricated evidence to get the USA to go to war with Iraq, which led to the deaths of thousands of American soldiers and hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians. He used the war as a way to make billions for his old company Halliburton. After watching an episode of the movie ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,’ Dick is considering becoming a robot cyborg with a pig heart. He is investigating transplanting his brain into a new body so he will never die.
8. Andrew Wakefield
Andrew Jeremy Wakefield is a British former surgeon and medical researcher. He is known for his fraudulent 1998 research paper in support of the now-discredited claim that there was a link between the administration of the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine, and the appearance of autism and bowel disease. Created the utterly baseless viral idea that ‘vaccines cause autism.’ He doesn’t care how many children die as long as he gets paid, and to that effect, he will be killing children long after he is dead.
7. The Kock Brothers
The Koch Brothers were exposed in a 2012 US documentary, compiled by American filmmaker Robert Greenwald, about the political activities of the Koch brothers. The Koch Brothers have given hundreds of millions of dollars to fight the minimum wage, support voter suppression, and to fund climate change denial. They are openly racist and support tax breaks for the rich and higher taxes on the poor. They are seriously trying to purchase the American government and will succeed if not stopped.
6. Abubakar Shekau
Abubakar Shekau, also known as Darul Akeem wa Zamunda Tawheed, or Darul Tawheed is the leader of the Nigerian militant group, Boko Haram. He was the deputy leader of the group until 2009 when the founder died and he took over. Abubakar is responsible for the massacre of civilians everywhere he goes, he and his men kidnapped over 200 girls in 2014 and camped them at Sambisa forest. He claims to have converted all the girls to Islam and of course the girls have undergone torture, rape and assault in his hands as he commits every kind of unspeakable evil. Abubakar hates education, he destroys schools and is planning to wage a jihad against Christianity.
5. Robert Mugabe
91-year-old Robert Gabriel Mugabe is the current President of Zimbabwe. He mounted the seat of presidency in December 1987 and for 28 years has brutalized the people of Zimbabwe without showing signs of stopping. He is one of the leaders of the rebel groups against white minority rule. In a way to smash political dissent, Mugabe slaughtered over 20,000 civilians and made children dance on the burned bodies of their parents while singing his political party’s anthem.
4. Josef Fritzl
Josef Fritzl’s evil deed came to limelight in 2008 when his 49-year-old daughter, Elisabeth Fritzl reported to the Austrian Police that her father had held her captive for 24 years in a concealed corridor part of the basement area of the large family house. She also testified that Fritzl had physically assaulted, sexually abused, and raped her numerous times during her imprisonment. Josef Frizle’s abuse resulted in the birth of seven children and one miscarriage; four of the children joined their mother in captivity, and three were raised by him and his wife Rosemarie Fritzl and reported as foundlings. He also locked his mother in the attic for 20 years, and she died there eventually and kept one of his daughters born by Elizabeth as his sex slave.

Kim Jong-un is the supreme leader of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea). He is the third and youngest son of Kim Jong-il and also the leader of the world’s most oppressive dictatorship. He starves his own people puts off a camouflage that they are healthy and happy. He puts his people into concentration camps and executes anyone who disagrees with him. Surprisingly, he is utterly obsessed with that Katy Perry’s song ‘Firework.’
2. Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant. He is the model for other Islams who won’t relent on Jihad and that includes Abubakar Shekau of Nigeria. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been proclaimed a Caliph by his followers. The United States had also accused al-Baghdadi of kidnapping, enslaving, and repeatedly raping an American citizen who was finally killed in an airstrike. A US 25 million dollar reward has been declared by the US State Department for anyone who provides information leading to his death or capture.
