If you’ve never heard of Donald Trump or any of his controversial statements then you must be a new resident on earth. American real estate developer, politician and business mogul, Donald John Trump, is the most heard of, and probably most vocal and entertaining presidential candidate of the US 2016 election. The chairman and president of The Trump Organization, and Trump Entertainment Resorts is known to have a loud mouth that can upset the stomach as well as piss off the eyes.
Donald Trump once tweeted a shocking statement about one of his opponents, Hillary Clinton. He quickly deleted the post just when the public started bashing him for down-talking the presidential candidate. He then blamed it on his staff who he said tweeted via his account. Despite his innocent claims in this case, Trump has made several other nasty comments and offensive remarks; Here are the top 10 worst things he has ever said.
10. The O’Reilly Factor
According to Business Insider, Donald Trump recently informed Bill O’Reilly that America should remain in Iraq to “keep the oil” and that Saudi Arabia, as well as the rest of the Arab League, forced America to attack Libya. However, the pièce de résistance came at the conclusion of the evening, as Trump stated, “our weak president, that kisses everybody’s ass, is in more wars than I have ever seen. Now he’s in Libya, he’s in Afghanistan, he’s in Iraq. Nobody respects us.”
9. His Regular Attacks On President Obama
President Barrack Obama has received quite a number of disturbing comments from Trump which are enough to disqualify his upcoming votes. According to the Independent, Trump openly stated, “he may not have one [a birth certificate] but there is something on that, maybe religion, maybe it says he is a Muslim. I don’t know. Maybe he doesn’t want that. Or he may not have one. I will tell you this: if he wasn’t born in this country, it’s one of the great scams of all time.” This was not the first time Trump made a cringe-worthy comment concerning the current president of the United States, and it probably won’t be the last if not censored.
8. Global Warming
As indicated by his tweets, Donald Trump seems a bit confused about global warming. According to the New York Daily News, on November 6th 2012, Trump tweeted: “The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive.” The next day he reportedly tweeted, “It’s freezing and snowing in New York – we need global warming.” How contradicting!
7. Hurricane Sandy
In 2012, Donald Trump decided to use Hurricane Sandy to attack the president. According to the Daily Mail, Trump waited only a few hours to gain attention from the storm which struck the East Coast before he tweeted: “Hurricane [Sandy] is good luck for Obama again – he will buy election by handing out billions of dollars.”
6. Rosie O’Donnell
Donald Trump most times acts like a boy in high-school – he lashes out angrily and insults his counter parts, instead of addressing issues critically. After being openly criticized by American comedian Rosie O’Donnell, Trump made her an object of ridicule. Trump announced to the whole world on Entertainment Tonight, that “Rosie O’Donnell is disgusting, both inside and out. If you take a look at her, she’s a slob. How does she even get on television? If I were running The View, I’d fire Rosie. I’d look her right in that fat, ugly face of hers and say ‘Rosie, you’re fired.”
5. Sexual Assault
This is one most offensive tweets Donald Trump has ever tweeted. Instead of questioning why there are so many assaults in the military which are not reported or suggesting solutions on how to cure the act, he blames the statistics on human nature, stating that men and women cannot serve together. Trump tweeted, “26, 000 unreported sexual assaults in the military-only 238 convictions. What did these geniuses expect when they put men & women together?”
4. Trump Calls Jesus A Looser
Although Trump is said to have captured the hearts of at least 20% of the nation’s Republicans, he also lost more than that percentage when he called the Savior of the Christian religion, Jesus Christ, a looser. “Believe me, Trump would never help the poor. I would never give away medicine for free. Jesus was weak. Let me tell you something, Jesus is not god. He’s god because he was crucified. I like gods that weren’t crucified. Perhaps he’s god, but right now, Jesus hasn’t done anything in 2000 years,” Trump added. “Jesus gets up there and starts bleeding out on the cross. Trump wouldn’t do that.”
“He has blood coming out of his sides, his eyes, his feet, blood coming out of his wherever. Just disgusting.” He went on to give reasons why he detested Jesus, “I never liked Jesus after that, because I don’t like socialist losers,” Trump said. “He’s as weak as Bernie Sanders. I just don’t respect Jesus as a savior, I don’t think he’s very good at being a deity. He never owned any casinos, he never married models like I have. I think Jesus is highly overrated.” Well, some Republicans might say he was only insulting a mere Mexican, its beyond that, Trump was putting down a religion, and its leader, which a responsible adult shouldn’t do.
Immigration to a lot of immigrants is usually a touchy subject, and as such, should be discussed carefully and diplomatically. But Donald Trump doesn’t seem to see it that way. According to Huffington Post, Trump bluntly stated that “when Mexico send its people, they’re not sending their best… They’re sending people who have lots of problems and they’re bringing those problems to us – they’re bringing drugs, they’re bringing crime, they’re rapists – and some, I assume are good.”
2. Hillary Clinton
“If Hillary Clinton can’t satisfy her husband, what makes her think she can satisfy America?” Though Trump claims he is not responsible for this offensive tweet, he has nevertheless made more rude remarks concerning Hillary Clinton. According to the Independent, Trump also stated “Hillary Clinton was the worst Secretary of State in the history of the United States. There’s never been a Secretary of State so bad as Hillary. The world blew up around us. We lost everything, including all relationships. There wasn’t one good thing that came out of that administration or her being Secretary of State.”
Donald Trump, according to New York Times, called a lawyer “disgusting” for having to pause a testimony in order to breastfeed her baby. The incident occurred in 2011, during a testimony discussing a failed real estate project. Lawyer Elizabeth Beck “requested a medical break” two hours after the session began. After Trump and his legal team objected, Beck pulled out a breast-feeding pump to explain that her three-month old daughter needed feeding. It was at this point Trump told her “you’re disgusting,” and left the room. Trump’s lawyer, Alan Garten, came to Trump’s defense by stating that “it was solely the fact that she was appearing to do it in the middle of a deposition” which disgusted his client.
It is obvious that the US republican candidate spits his words just as they come to his head without filtering them to please the receiver, and he particularly loves the word “DISGUSTING.” Bad as it seems, most Americans seem to love Trump, and it is alarming the increasing number of people who are considering voting for him. Let’s hope for the best in the forth coming elections, but then Donald Trump has a lot of people to apologize to and also has lots of work to do with his English teacher – the world is waiting to see massive change in his vocabulary if he must be considered worthy of being called the president of the United States.
